Council Five Hundred was a farming settlement on the agricultural world Mina-Rau. In 4 BBY, the Galactic Empire began an Imperial Supply Census on Mina-Rau. During which Council Five Hundred was one of locations audited by the Empire.[1] During the audit a friend of the merchant Kellen at Council 436 resided at Five Hundred and informed him of the Imperial's numbers and activity, including that the Imperials caught an individual running from the audit.[2]
