Chiata

Chiata was a female Jedi Master who served the Jedi Order during the Clone Wars, training the Padawan Marseph. During a battle against a Separatist dreadnought, Chiata's Venator-class Star Destroyer crashed onto the planet Zeffo. Chiata and Marseph both survived the crash, along with some of their men, but were separated. Chiata was found by her clone commander, but Order 66 was executed just as he did and she was forced to kill him in self-defense before being attacked by more clone troopers. Though she reunited with Marseph and mounted a brief defense, Chiata was fatally wounded, dying of her injuries. Marseph then buried her among the wreckage before dying of his own wounds.[2] She wielded two blue-bladed lightsabers.[3]

Behind the scenes

Chiata first appeared, albeit only audibly, in the 2019 video game Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, developed by EA's Respawn Entertainment.[2] He was first pictured in the mobile game Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, developed by EA Capital Games, when she and Marseph were included as enemies in the "Zeffo Bonus Zone" in the "Rise of the Empire" Territory Battle,[3] which launched on June 28, 2023.[4] Chiata shares her character model with multiple other Jedi enemies.[3]
