The Chairman of Utapau, was the head of state of the Outer Rim planet Utapau. The chairman headed the Utapaun Committee, which included the Masters of Port Administration, who each led Utapau's cities.[1] At the end of the Clone Wars in 19 BBY, a diplomatic packet from the chairman of Utapau was intercepted by Galactic Republic Clone Intelligence, confirming the presence of the Separatist General Grievous on the world.[2]
