- "After due deliberation, Madame Travia Chan of the Atrivis Resistance Group agrees to the terms of partnership with Senator Mon Mothma of the Alliance. May our factions be stronger together than apart. No more Mantooines! Down with the Empire!"
- ―Catta Dionize in a letter to Mon Mothma, on behalf of Travia Chan
Catta Dionize was an individual who served under Madame Travia Chan, leader of the Atrivis Resistance Group during the early rebellion against the Galactic Empire.[1] In 5 BBY,[2] Dionize sent a letter from Generis Station to Senator Mon Mothma on behalf of Chan. The letter stated that she agreed to partner the Resistance Group with Mothma's Alliance to Restore the Republic, referencing the Galactic Empire's victory over resistance on the planet Mantooine earlier that year as something the partnership would prevent from happening again. The letter was preserved in the collection of physical documents detailing the history of the Alliance known as the Rebel Files.[1]
Behind the scenes
Catta Dionize was first mentioned in the 2017 reference book Star Wars: The Rebel Files, which was written by Daniel Wallace.[1]
