Cantonica Pinot Noir was a type of wine that was potable to humans. It was served on tap by the glass or by the carafe on board the MPO-1400 Purgill-class star cruiser Halcyon[1] in 34 ABY.[3] The beverage was available in starship's Sublight Lounge[1] and during breakfast, lunch, and dinner in its Crown of Corellia Dining Room. The wine shared its name[2] with the planet Cantonica in the Corporate Sector.[4]

Cantonica Pinot Noir is a wine available at the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel in Walt Disney World Resort, Florida,[1] which opened to the public on March 1, 2022.[5] The out-of-universe beverage is a pinot noir made by Foley Family Wines in Sonoma.[1]
