Berem Khana was a Force-sensitive human who served as a Jedi of the Jedi Order during the Republic Era. Not long after becoming a Jedi Knight, they accompanied Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn to the Outer Rim world Vekura in an attempt to negotiate an end to the Vekurans invasion of the world Syrinx Prime due to their familiarity with culture in the two world's shared sector.[2] Khana, alongside Jedi Knight Seera Longa, was killed during a skirmish with pirates. Following Khana's death, the hilt of both Khana's and Longa's lightsabers were used in the construction of a lightsaber built for Jedi youngling Soona Taj. It was given to Taj by Jedi Grand Master Yoda and Kelleran Beq as a tribute to the two Jedi's bravery.[3]
Powers and abilities
As a Jedi Knight Berem was trained in the ways of the Force. He was capable of performing the mind trick, though he was unable to sway General Lafco.[2]
Equipment
Khana carried a blue-bladed lightsaber.[3]
