The Beauchen system was located in the Mid Rim Territories' Vensori sector at the coordinates P-8 on the Standard Galactic Grid.[1] It contained the terrestrial astronomical object Beauchen, where the Galactic Empire's 204th Imperial Fighter Wing conducted a raid[2] in 4 ABY.[3]
Behind the scenes
The Beauchen system was introduced into the current canon through "Star Systems of the Galaxy," an appendix released alongside the article Star Wars Galaxy Map[1]—both works having been authored by Jason Fry and published on StarWars.com on June 24, 2025.[4] In Star Wars Legends continuity, the Beauchen system was first mentioned in Jason Fry and Daniel Wallace's 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas.[5]
