The Balosar system was located in the Core Worlds in the galaxy, situated in grid square L-12 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1] The system contained the planet Balosar.[2]
Behind the scenes
The Balosar system was mentioned in the current Star Wars canon in the appendix "Star Systems of the Galaxy," published on the StarWars.com website on June 24, 2025,[1] as part of the Star Wars Galaxy Map.[3] The system was originally introduced in the Star Wars Legends continuity in the 2006 reference book The New Essential Guide to Alien Species, published by Del Rey.[4]
