The Back Alley was an alley in the Wonto District of Mos Eisley on the desert planet Tatooine which led from the Wonto District market to an Old Junkyard.[1] By 3 ABY,[2] an individual had lost a well–made airspeeder toy.[1]

During 3 ABY, the merqaal Nix led his companion Kay Vess through the alley and discovered the lost toy. Nix didn't play with it but liked the idea of owning his own ship.[1]

Behind the scenes

The Back Alley first appeared in the 2024 video game, Star Wars Outlaws, developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. The location is is identided as the "Back Alley" on the games map. The "Tiny Ship" nix treasure found at the Old Junkyard along with other Nix treasures found on Tatooine could be traded with the human tailor Berek Keehro in Mirogana on Toshara to unlock the red headband cosmetic for Nix.[1]
