The Athiss system was located in the Esstran sector of the Outer Rim Territories in the galaxy. The system was located in grid square R-4 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Athiss system was mentioned in the current Star Wars canon in the article "Star Systems of the Galaxy" published on StarWars.com on June 24, 2025.[1] The system was originally introduced in the Star Wars Legends continuity in the 1996 sourcebook Tales of the Jedi Companion for Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game, published by West End Games.[3]
