The Anthus system was a star system situated in grid square M-17 of the Standard Galactic Grid, in the Brema sector, which was located in the regions known as Outer Rim Territories[1] and the Western Reaches.[2]
Behind the scenes
The Anthus system was mentioned in the current Star Wars canon via the appendix Star Systems of the Galaxy, published on the StarWars.com website[1] as part of Star Wars Galaxy Map[3] on June 24, 2025. Both works were authored by Jason Fry.[4] The Anthus system originates in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it was mentioned in the StarWars.com Online Companion to the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas.[5]
