- "Oh, come on! First the ambush on Taris, then Burnin Konn, now this… What the hell happened?!"
- ―Chelli Lona Aphra
The ambush on Taris took place[1] in 3 ABY,[2] when the rogue archaeologist Doctor Chelli Lona Aphra was ambushed on[1] the Outer Rim[3] world[4] Taris by bounty hunters hired by Lady Domina Tagge—head of the Tagge Corporation—after Aphra had blown up her nephew Ronen Tagge. The hunters failed to capture the archaeologist on Taris and after they later failed to apprehend her on[1] the Outer Rim world[5] Burnin Konn, Aphra traveled to Arveesh Station. While Aphra was attacked by bounty hunters at the station, she mentioned the ambush on Taris and asked why she was being hunted.[1]
