Ambrosia was an entity rumored to be found on Planet X, a mysterious planet thought by many to have been a myth.[1] In 382 BBY,[2] while on the planet Batuu, the pilot Sky Graf told Jedi Padawan Rooper Nitani rumors they had heard about Planet X, including that it had fields of incredible ambrosia. In response, the hyperspace prospector Dass Leffbruk—who had previously been to Planet X—refuted the rumors.[1]
Behind the scenes
Ambrosia was mentioned in the 2023 junior novel The High Republic: Quest for Planet X, written by Tessa Gratton as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[1] Phase II.[3] In Greek and Roman mythology, ambrosia was the food of the gods.[4]
