Abelor was a terrestrial planet[1] located in the Abelor system, within the Yushan sector of[3] the Mid Rim[1] and the Western Reaches regions,[2] along the Corellian Trade Spine. It was situated in grid square K-17 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[4]
By 3 ABY,[7] the Abelor survivalist pants, Abelor survivalist belt, and Abelor survivalist vest were produced on the planet and available for sale throughout the galaxy.[6] At some point between 33 ABY and 34 ABY,[8] the smuggler Damar Olin encountered the smuggler Ana Tolla and her crew after he and his partner Izal Garsea became stranded with no fuel, food, or contacts in a dusty port on Abelor.[5] In 34 ABY,[9] historian and author Eloc Throno included a map depicting the location of Abelor in his book Traveler's Guide to Batuu, which detailed the planet Batuu.[1]
Behind the scenes
Abelor was first mentioned in the 2019 young-adult novel A Crash of Fate, written by Zoraida Córdova.[5]

Visit a Galaxy Far, Far Away with our Star Wars liveblog direct from San Diego Comic-Con 2024! on Popverse: "We're beginning our journey three years after the Battle of Yavin" (backup link archived on January 22, 2025) dates the events of Star Wars Outlaws to 3 ABY.
- ↑ Star Wars: Timelines dates the events of A Crash of Fate to 34 ABY. The novel establishes that Izal Garsea had met Damar Olin less than a year prior to the novel's events, meaning the pair's encounter with Ana Tolla's crew must have been between 33 ABY and 34 ABY.
- ↑ Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge: Traveler's Guide to Batuu establishes that at the time of the book's setting the Resistance was based on Batuu. Star Wars: Timelines dates both the establishment of the Batuu Resistance base and its eventual relocation to Ajan Kloss to 34 ABY. Therefore, the in-universe guide must have been authored that year.
