Abelor survivalist pants were a type of durable pants manufactured[1] on the Mid Rim planet[2] Abelor.[1] The pants were tan with two black patches on each pocket and grey patches below the knees. A brown piece of material looped around the left leg and attached using two straps. A pair of brown boots were included with the pants.[1]

The Twi'lek merchant Lalini Ledeno had at least one pair of Abelor survivalist pants while he operated from an alley in the city Mirogana on the Outer Rim moon Toshara[1] in 3 ABY. That year,[3] Ledeno used the password "I'm a friend of Arlo" to restrict access to his black market shop. He further restricted certain stock, including that survivalist pants, as well as offered discounts to members and allies of the criminal Crimson Dawn syndicate.[1]

In 3 ABY,[3] the human thief Kay Vess learned the "I'm a friend of Arlo" password while eavesdropping on a conversation between two beings in Mirogana Market; which she later used to gain access to Ledeno's stock and purchase the pants for credits[1]

Behind the scenes

Abelor survivalist pants appeared in Star Wars Outlaws, a 2024 video game developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. When equipped by the player, the pants greatly reduce damage taken from explosions while crouched, rolling, or sliding.[1] Iuliia Misiul created concept art of the Abelor survivalist pants and other outfits used by Vess.[4]
