Abafed was a yellow star[2] situated in the Abafar system of the Outer Rim Territories' Quelii sector.[1] It was orbited by the desert planet Abafar and its sister world, Adrafar.[2] The regolith that covered Abafar diffused the sunlight into an orange glow, making it nearly impossible to tell the time of day.[4]
