Laser 110 Personal Computer was a clone of the TRS-80 that released in 1982, and was made to compete against the ZX-81 from Sinclair.

Trivia

The system rom of the Laser 110 is very close to the one used in the TRS-80.
In order to avoid copyright infringement, they made a few minor changes to the version of Basic included such as changing the text that shows the version from "Microsoft Basic" to "Video Technology Basic".
