Zuborta Ma was mentioned in the new Star Wars canon in the forty-fifth issue of De Agostini's Star Wars: Build the Millennium Falcon magazine,[1] published around November 11, 2015.[4] Zuborte Ma originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it was first mentioned in The Essential Atlas, a 2009 reference book authored by Jason Fry and Daniel Wallace.[5]
