Yee Moh was a rather lonely-looking Neimoidian[1] male[2] who lost his job[3] by 22 BBY.[5] During a night[4] in that year,[5] Moh visited the Outlander Club,[4] a nightclub and gambling hall in the Uscru Entertainment District[6] on the planet[7] Coruscant,[6] and found companionship with the Neimoidian sisters Ko and Rina Itub.[3] The trio stood between the criminal Achk Med-Beq and the Ithorian Ror Ithh[8] just as the Jedi Anakin Skywalker walked past them, searching for the bounty hunter Zam Wesell after her assassination attempt on Senator Padmé Amidala.[4]
What Moh was doing at the club was a mystery, as members of his species preferred gaudier locations.[1] Moh had mottled green skin, and he wore gray robes and a hat while at the club.[4] He also wore data goggles, which provided constant holographic data readouts.[8]
Behind the scenes
Yee Moh first appeared in the 2002 prequel trilogy film Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones. The Outlander Club scenes featuring Moh, who was portrayed by an uncredited extra,[4] were shot on July 17, 2000 at Fox Studios, Sydney.[9] The characters name was first mentioned in an image in the 2003 StarWars.com article "Cantina Roll-Call: Shedding Light on Some Alien Aliases,"[10] where the name was applied to an image of the character Tey How.[11]
Moh's name was first revealed in 2004 as part of the "Who's Who in the Outlander Club: It's Ladies' Night" article written by Daniel Wallace and published in Star Wars Insider 75. The article showed a still of him from the film in which he was wearing a mouthpiece as well as data goggles. A later Insider article though, the "Rogues Gallery" section of Star Wars Insider 147 showed an image of him without a mouthpiece. It was not clear if one of the images of him was in fact incorrectly showing a different character, or if the second shot was a behind the scenes image with the mouthpiece removed.
