Ror Ithh was an unsavory[3] Ithorian cantina crawler[1] and carouser[3] who frequented the Outlander Club,[1] a nightclub and gambling hall in the Uscru Entertainment District of the[4] planet[5] Coruscant,[4] in the years surrounding the First Battle of Geonosis[1] of 22 BBY.[6] During a night[2] in that year,[6] Ithh was visiting the club, just as bounty hunter Zam Wesell ran into the club to hide after her assassination attempt on Senator Padmé Amidala. Ithh stood next to[2] the Gran gambler Nic Whoma[3] as Jedi Padawan Anakin Skywalker searched for Wesell. When Skywalker surveyed the crowd, Ithh interacted with two Rodians.[2]
Ithh wore dark robes while at the club and had brown skin and black eyes.[2] Ithh had a male first name that meant "strong, mighty." The carouser's surname was an Ithorian family name that meant "soil," specifically rich and growing soil.[7]

Ror Ithh first appeared in the 2002 prequel trilogy film Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones.[2] The Outlander Club scenes, in which the character was played by an uncredited extra, were filmed at Fox Studios, Sydney, on July 17, 2001.[9] The name Ror Ithh first appeared in the May 2, 2003, web article "Cantina Roll-Call: Shedding Light on Some Alien Aliases," where it was applied to the[10] Ithorian Momaw Nadon.[11] The name was first applied to the Ithorian appearing in Episode II through the StarWars.com Image Attack feature on November 6, 2003.[3] In the article "Who's Who in the Outlander Club: It's Ladies' Night,"[8] published on April 6, 2004,[12] in the seventy-fifth issue of the Star Wars Insider magazine, author Daniel Wallace remarked that Ithh had a rather literal surname, and that Ithorians seemed to frequent the bars in Star Wars films.[8]
