A M-108 ion missile was a model of ion missile that could be equipped to starships. Equipping an EML-850 light freighter with a M-108 ion missile cost two thousand and five hundred credits and required a X-FP-C28 ship computer, twenty five units of quadranium, and twelve 4XB Calculation Units.[1]

During 3 ABY[2] the thief Kay Vess paid for the services of a starship mechanic to equip the Trailblazer, her EML-850 light freighter, to launch M-108 ion missiles as well as providing materials to install it's launcher.[1]

M-108 ion missile appeared in the 2024 video game, Star Wars Outlaws developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. In the game, all ion missiles use the same model however each type of missile has a unique icon.[1]
