A Great user whose contributions on major characters and created articles have greatly helped all of Wookieepedia, she is a nice person and the first I ever ‘spoke’ to when I arrived here. Definitely long overdue. Joker1138(Mandalore)
- If I hadn't voted for Volemlock first, I would've voted for you Jaina, sorry. Both great candidates. Tough decision. Roron Corobb

- Well she is the only user to have a Wasaka Berry Wookiee Cookie after all... Jagged Fel, the man formerly known as Humorbot' (Yo!)
- I'm objecting solely on principle, as I made the same objection against Brain40. My objection has to do with the fact that she's primarily a "Wooki-socialite", someone who is on Wookieepedia to carry on conversations on talk pages and talk about their fan fiction. Although she has over 4000 total edits, more than half of those are devoted to her user page and user talk pages. This is not a good ratio, and doesn't really warrant an award for being the most outstanding Wookieepedian of the month. It's also a little discouraging to see that her talk page is in the top 30 most edited pages on the entire site, right above Palpatine. That's really an unbelievable statistic, seeing as none of our admins or bureaucrats' talk pages are even in the top 50. This just shows me that friends are her primary concern on the site. I'm not saying that's a bad thing. In fact, friends are one of the best parts about this site, but the person with the most friends does not make them worthy to be called the Wookieepedian of the month. It also makes me call her votes into question. Are they voting for her because she has done so much to help our site expand and become better, or are they voting because they are friends with her? Now, I know that is not entirely fair, and I can see that she is one of the most friendly people you can encounter on Wookieepedia, but I still say that does not make them the best candidate for Wookieepedian of the month. Cull Tremayne 01:37, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
- I voted for her because of the sheer amount of effort she puts into writing up actual content for articles. It's hard work, and she does it in bucketloads. .... 02:53, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
- I agree with you. I just think she needs a little more time actually contributing to the site. Every long time contributor will agree that it's not easy writing up content, but that's mostly because they've done it themselves. I just think having half your edits devoted to your user and talk pages doesn't show the kind of contributor deserving of WotM. Cull Tremayne 03:13, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
- It seems to me that it's not fair to object to someone who makes major contributions- including content adding- and also has friends on the Wookiee. Looking at several people's contributions, their main edits often are about the same or a little less than the sum of all the other categories. It would be one thing if she wasn't qualified at all, but Jaina Solo is an excellent candidate for WOTM, IMO. Atarumaster88

- This is not an objection towards her plentiful contributions. It's an objection towards her being the most outstanding Wookieepedian of this month. I've already had my say, and I'm not insulting her many helpful additions. I just think that someone with half of their edits devoted to friends on the Wookiee does not meet the standard of being the most outstanding Wookieepedian on this site. Cull Tremayne 06:01, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
- I can see where you're coming from, but I don't think that we should judge the quality of contribs by quantity or division. .... 06:23, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
- The problem is that "quality" is subjective, whereas division and quantity are not. I could have something to say about quality of the edits, but I can't in good faith, because it's my opinion and isn't really a valid objection. So how do you see us judging the quality of contributions then? Cull Tremayne 06:40, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
- By the way, I find the quality of her contributions impressive, beyond the quantity or division. Say, if I do not like the FarStar saga and suddenly she writes all the needed articles for it, I could say that the quality is bad because I do not enjoy the source or the information. I do not find that problem with her. Go on, girl! - Skippy Farlstendoiro 10:25, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
- Well, by quality, I mean content submission. Not article tweaking. And perhaps the reason that her talk page editcount is so high is because she lists sources that the relative element appears in that she owns, and ticks them off as she adds the relevant info. Talk:Boba Fett is a pretty good example. .... 20:53, 25 January 2007 (UTC)

- On the part of the objection that claims Jaina's talk page is in the top 50 most edited pages (where, incidentally, my talk page is also alleged to be), which appears to be a case of faulty data—a pure accident. That page is wildly inaccurate. Palpatine has thousands more edits- around 4000 total, not 782 as the page claimed. Luke Skywalker, who doesn't even appear on the page, has over 2500. Atarumaster88
