Voren Na'al

Things to do

  • General image cleanup; infobox should have an upper body shot instead of a full-body shot
    • Infobox image changed, and images moved for better general coverage. jSarek (talk) 09:09, February 15, 2013 (UTC)
  • Linking issues
    • Many links added. If I missed any, please feel free to add them. jSarek (talk) 09:09, February 15, 2013 (UTC)
  • Speculation ("Though his parents apparently survived")
    • Removed. jSarek (talk) 09:09, February 15, 2013 (UTC)
  • Skin color in the infobox needs to be changed
  • Infobox-exclusive information
    • Fixed. jSarek (talk) 09:09, February 15, 2013 (UTC)
  • Can you add something to the BTS based on the leading quote from Pablo?
    • Expanded discussion of Na'al's role in Pablo's article. jSarek (talk) 22:43, February 15, 2013 (UTC)
  • Can you also stick a (First appearance before retcon), and, if applicable, (First mention before retcon) into the Appearances section? I always find those really handy for figuring out the OOU chronology of EU characters who were retconned into being film extras. Menkooroo (talk) 10:41, February 15, 2013 (UTC)
    • This is a little complicated, and brings to the surface some issues I'm not really sure how to address. The appearance list is currently populated with a number of excerpts from the sourcebooks he appears in, including more than one from his first book, Galaxy Guide 1: A New Hope. I'm not sure what qualifies a particular part of a sourcebook to be pulled out for its own article; adding more excerpts is potentially possible. Additionally, since we count some in-universe written accounts of things as appearances (e.g. Galaxywide NewsNets, HoloNet News, and these excerpts) but other in-universe written accounts as sources (e.g. the main texts of Galaxy Guide 1 and The Thrawn Trilogy Sourcebook), I'm not sure which of these accounts should be counted as appearances or as sources. My preference would be to remove all the excerpts (and merge their articles back into their respective books, but that's another story), leaving "Slaying Dragons" and the Mos Eisley Adventure Set his only mentions in bonafide pre-retcon Appearances, but I imagine that's not a solution the Inq would smile upon, so I'm open to advice. jSarek (talk) 22:43, February 15, 2013 (UTC)
