  1. Let's all hope this doesn't show up in the Darth Vader comic all of a sudden. UberSoldat93 ClanMudhornSignet-Redemption (talk) 05:43, April 11, 2020 (UTC)

  • Toryn Farr needs context. UberSoldat93 ClanMudhornSignet-Redemption (talk) 11:21, April 8, 2020 (UTC)

  • In accordance with the Layout Guide for individual starships, this article should really employ a "Commanders and crew" section after the History
    • I originally decided not to add that section as it would mostly be repeated information from History, but I've now added a small section on it.
  • I'm going to strongly recommend switching the second History image to this, which is a much more dramatic and engaging picture. I'd recommend asking Culator to try and get a nice 4K version of it. Maybe you can still squeeze in the Lennox/Cabbel image with the addition of the Commanders/crew section. • I'm not sure where that image is from, but it isn't the film. I've looked over the sequence several times, and when the rebel transport passes the Tyrant, the Star Destroyer is at a completely different angle. I'm fine with replacing the image of the officers though, maybe with the shot of the three rebel ships approaching the Tyrant around 0.21 of the linked video? • Because it's my second hand confirmed knowledge that the Legends Behind the Magic confirms the Tyrant was also one of the RotJ Battle of Endor Star Destroyers, am I correct that thus the precedence should also be taken as the canon identity as well? Unless that was revisited since my last understanding. Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 19:27, April 21, 2020 (UTC)
    • The policy you're referring to, Wookieepedia:Notability policy#New canon subjects, while unspecific, is generally treated primarily in regards to characters, ship classes, and other subjects that are visually distinct. Individual ships, especially Star Destroyers, are indistinguishable from each other so I wouldn't like to claim this ship appears in RotJ purely because it did so in Legends. There should be some accompanying evidence in such as case, as in the subjects should be visually matching. If the Tyrant had some distinguishing feature, and appeared in both ESB and RotJ in Legends, and was only identified to appear in ESB in canon, then that would be the time to use the policy to say it also appears in RotJ in canon, both because the fact the visual look is the same /and/ because of Legends usage. However, as the Tyrant is just another Star Destroyer in the films, I wouldn't be comfortable claiming it appears in RotJ purely because it did in Legends. Hopefully that makes sense.
