"killing all present except Padawan Pix, whom her Master had Force pushed out of the tent before the explosion." She's Tyr's Padawan, I assume? Probably should mention that he was the one that did it.- Better?
"a teaching Cal took to heart, but ultimately would lead to his death." To Cal's death? Context please.- Added a bit, but the exact circumstances would add a lot of unnecessary context.
