  • Can the The New Jedi Order: Dark Journey mention for the Legends Thearterra be confirmed as either true or false? Imperators II(Talk) 11:55, 29 May 2023 (UTC)
    • I have found mention that would fit for Thearterra, but I'd rather confirm with you here that it indeed referring to Thearterra before going to update the BTS. Mention is 'Volcanoes were nothing new to him—one of the planets in Chiss territory had an extremely volatile geology.' Lewisr (talk) 16:41, 30 May 2023 (UTC)
      • Oh, very good find! Hmm... Even though The Essential Atlas does designate the Chiss planet entries as "prominent planets", the desciption of Thearterra does seem to be a solid match. I suppose the intention is clear here. Imperators II(Talk) 06:38, 31 May 2023 (UTC)
        • There's also this hint from Daniel Wallace which I guess helps. But I've updated the BTS to reflect the Dark Journey mention Lewisr (talk) 14:40, 31 May 2023 (UTC)
          • I always thought that comment instead referred to it being a direct reference to Flash Gordon. Which brings me to my next point... Imperators II(Talk) 08:05, 2 June 2023 (UTC)
  • Since the mention of the Legends Thearterra in The Essential Atlas is obviously a reference to the Flash Gordon film in which the quoted line is used to describe the Earth, I think it'd be quite fair to note that the name "Thearterra" itself is an anagram+reference for/to "Earth" (i.e., "Thear" ("Earth") + terra (Latin for "Earth")). And since this concerns the origin of a name that is transferred to Canon, I believe it should be noted in this article's BTS as well. Imperators II(Talk) 08:05, 2 June 2023 (UTC)
    • How's that? Lewisr (talk) 15:12, 2 June 2023 (UTC)
      • It would be more appropriate to get a source for the meaning of "terra" as Earth the planet rather than any other meaning of "earth". Imperators II(Talk) 08:19, 6 June 2023 (UTC)
        • I hope this is better. Having a bit of an issue trying to find one that translates it in the way you're looking for
  • It should be possible to recrop the infobox image from the Ascendancy's map so that it's at least 400px in width.
    • Uploaded a newer crop
  • "As Thearterra was located within the borders of the Chiss Ascendancy, it was home to a number of Cheunh-speaking Chiss." — the rest of the article makes it clear that Chiss did indeed reside on Thearterra, but I hope that the fact that particular population of them spoke Cheunh isn't simply extrapolated from other descriptions, as that leading clause strongly implies.
    • Removed as it appears to just be extrapolating
      • The Inhabitants section is so bare and redundant that it can easily be cut. Imperators II(Talk) 13:37, 6 June 2023 (UTC)
        • Understood, removed Lewisr (talk) 13:54, 6 June 2023 (UTC)
  • Just curious - how does Chaos Rising describe Thearterra's air? Imperators II(Talk) 08:19, 6 June 2023 (UTC)
    • From what I can see, it doesn't describe it. The only mention is 'In the case of the Usfa and Mitth, in particular, those families were in the midst of a particularly tangled campaign with a newly opened mining field on Thearterra as the prize, and the Usfa was clearly annoyed at having had some of his spotlight stolen by his family’s current chief rival.' Lewisr (talk) 12:58, 6 June 2023 (UTC)
      • Then all the atmosphere stuff should go. Imperators II(Talk) 13:37, 6 June 2023 (UTC)
        • Removed also Lewisr (talk) 13:54, 6 June 2023 (UTC)
