"41 ABY" can't be sourced to The Essential Atlas, because it doesn't mention a specific date.- Actually, it can. The Atlas, with the exception of the epilogue, ends with the conclusion of the Second Galactic Civil War.

"Collapse" would mean it fell to the ground, but this is not supported by any source, since "destroyed" doesn't necessarily imply that. It could have been blown up, for example.
