• Can you explain why we aren't assuming these to be the same thing as space buoys if they seem to have the same purpose and have a source, albeit concept art, that links the two? JediMasterMacaroni^(Talk) 23:02, 13 February 2024 (UTC)

    • TL;DR, it was determined they should be separate because "space buoys" is a bit too nondescriptive to really guarantee it is an actual appearance in the Solo sources, not to mention this buoy detects starships (with marking a path being a side, unintended use), whereas the space buoy does not detect starships and holds open a pathway (rather than simply marking it). - Thannus (DFaceG) (he/him) (talk) 00:43, 14 February 2024 (UTC)
