  • I don't agree with using the map of the planet as an image for the system. I don't believe we can interpret the black around the two circles as being "realspace" around the planet. It's just a flat map, not depicting the system itself. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 16:26, March 31, 2020 (UTC)
    • The background of the image is not meant to illustrate space in the Joralla system. Rather, the map itself illustrates the planet, which is a part of the system, and therefore the system itself. In addition, the image is clearly labeled as representing the planet Joralla, for the purposes of illustrating at least a part of the system. If it's clearly labeled like that, it's no worse than having an abstract point and label on a map used to illustrate a system in an infobox, and, in my opinion, having no image in the infobox is worse than having an indirect one like this one. Besides, there is status article precedent for such usage of images in infoboxes. Imperators II(Talk) 18:31, March 31, 2020 (UTC)
      • That's a bad precedent to start. Granted, this is a bit of a strange case since we're dealing with a map and not an actual image of the planet. But what happens when we don't have an actual orbital image of a planet and only a surface shot? Are are going to start using surface images of a planet because it's technically "part of the system?" The answer to that question has to be a resounding no, because it's not actually depicting the system, even if it's technically part of it. This map image of Joralla is really no fundamentally different than an image of its surface. And whatever FA precedent exists for this doesn't really count, because I guarantee no one raised this issue or even considered it during its nomination process. • It seems to me that there should probably be an article for this Imperial spy. He does some pretty significant and notable actions and has a major plot role. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 17:37, April 1, 2020 (UTC)

  • Is this not essentially an image of the Joralla system? We see the stars of other systems in the night sky, which can't technically be seen without first seeing through outer space of the Joralla system. (FWIW, IRL, outer space "begins" at 100 km above sea level, according to international treaty). I'd say this is a far more viable image than the map of Joralla. • Added; do you think any clarifying label would be beneficial under the image? Imperators II(Talk) 20:44, April 1, 2020 (UTC)
