Valin Hess
- Nominated by: Braha'tok enthusiast Hello there 19:52, 20 March 2022 (UTC)
- Nomination comments: Next up in my collection of deceased Mando characters is the most chilling Imperial fanatic I've seen so far. The scenes with Hess are probably my favourite scenes from the entirety of The Mandalorian so far. Richard Brake nailed this character so well.
- WookieeProject (optional): Ambition, The Mandalorian

Is there really no other source that calls Burnin Konn a planet? Uprising is like the least accessible thing for readers to check :P- The intro screen crawl of Uprising introduces Burnin Konn as an "impoverished mining planet." Braha'tok enthusiast Hello there 21:50, 6 April 2022 (UTC)
A couple of the P+T sentences feel a little like they're just describing random things that Hess did, and it's unclear why they're there. I'm mainly thinking of "Hess wished to spend more time with the pair and celebrate their success in delivering rhydonium, insisting that they were not dismissed when Mayfeld attempted to leave with Djarin." and "Proposing a toast with the pair, Hess found subjects like health and success to be too repetitive, instead asking where Djarin was from. After Mayfeld mentioned Operation: Cinder, the general remarked that the "trooper" knew his history."JediMasterMacaroni(Talk) 20:50, 6 April 2022 (UTC)- I feel like they say something about Hess's personality, though I am unsure of how to rewrite them in a better way to convey that. Braha'tok enthusiast Hello there 21:55, 6 April 2022 (UTC)
- If you can't articulate how it relates to his personality, I don't think they're worth having there. There's other stuff that keeps the section from being too bare anyway. JediMasterMacaroni(Talk) 03:45, 12 April 2022 (UTC)
- Very well, then. Removed them. Braha'tok enthusiast Hello there 08:14, 12 April 2022 (UTC)

Please revise your image caption punctuation.UberSoldat93(talk) 06:05, 15 April 2022 (UTC)
- Gave it a sweep. Is that better? Braha'tok enthusiast Hello there 11:04, 16 April 2022 (UTC)
- Missed the other images. They are all full sentences so they need full stops. UberSoldat93

Not a fan of the Equipment image stretching over to the BTS and impacting its quote and text.UberSoldat93(talk) 03:41, 22 April 2022 (UTC)
- I've moved and resized it, but there's not a lot I can do given it's large vertical:horizontal length ratio, and I think the full body pose is quite beneficial for the article as well. Braha'tok enthusiast Hello there 15:49, 22 April 2022 (UTC)
- Then I would move it to the P&T instead if you want to keep it, but that also means getting rid of the toast image. UberSoldat93

- I'm not sure what's so bad with it puncturing the BtS section slightly. It serves the same purpose for the sections still, and I quite like the shot of him raising his glass. Braha'tok enthusiast Hello there 13:48, 23 April 2022 (UTC)
- Generally, quotes should never have to be impacted to accommodate images. It's why we always place them below the quotes in a section. Presentation is also a factor in nominations. UberSoldat93

It feels speculative to call his uniform "standard" and "Imperial-issue" without sources to support them.- Removed that, then.
- "Imperial-issue" is still there. UberSoldat93

I am a bit curious that there are zero references to the junior novel, seeing as they typically provide descriptions of things such as character movements and emotions. Does it really have nothing to add here?UberSoldat93(talk) 04:13, 23 April 2022 (UTC)
- There was some stuff that you could clearly just notice on second glance in the episode itself, like his "broad grin," that I went and added under the Chapter 15 refs to keep the ref numbers down. But you were right in the fact that there's some other minor stuff that I could still put in the P&T etc. Braha'tok enthusiast Hello there 13:48, 23 April 2022 (UTC)
The episode information isn't supported by the episode itself, use something like the Companion from Insider. That will also eliminate the D23 ref.Release year needed for novelization.UberSoldat93(talk) 04:10, 24 April 2022 (UTC)
- Both addressed. Braha'tok enthusiast Hello there 12:24, 25 April 2022 (UTC)

"the general saw Djarin fail to scan his face before removing his helmet to resolve the issue." Can you reword this sentence? It sounds like he was supposed to scan his face before removing his helmet.Supreme Emperor Holocomm 03:15, 22 April 2022 (UTC)- How does this look?
