Tundra Dowmeia

  • Nominated by: Grand Moff Tranner Imperial Department of Military Research (Comlink) 19:13, July 6, 2010 (UTC)
  • Nomination comments: "Up until now I'd thought the Jedi were the most pompous, annoying gasbags in creation. But that was before I met you. You take the prize for the most preposterous, self-important, prolix fiasco I have ever seen. And on top of that—On top of that, sir, you are a fish! So sit down and shut up, before I take a harpoon to you!" - Thrackan Sal-Solo

"Possessing a clammy review"
  • Rise of the Empire: "By 19 BBY, Dowmeia was assisted in the Senate by the veiled Cellheim Anujo" The mention of "veiled" doesn't really make sense without the image of Anujo. I think if you either removed the word or explained just a tad more, both those options would make the sentence flow a little better.
    • Removed.
  • That's all. Well written, and a very interesting choice. I find Quarren politicians fascinating, and I hope to see more along the same vein on this page some day. --Imperialles 20:23, July 8, 2010 (UTC)
    • Thanks for the review, Imp. Grand Moff Tranner Imperial Department of Military Research (Comlink) 22:40, July 8, 2010 (UTC)
Toprawa
  • I'm confused by the opening of the BTS. It seems to assert that his first canonical appearance was in these HoloNet news articles, but the Appearances list does not support this. Can we clarify this wording at all?
    • I have no idea how I missed that. The first of the HNN articles was his first appearance. Fixed now.
  • Also, not really an objection, but I would imagine that Chronicles: The Prequels might very well require a "Po" template, since I think it's just a book of images and very little text. I doubt whether the character's name is explicitly mentioned. Toprawa and Ralltiir 02:29, July 11, 2010 (UTC)
    • I'll check on this. Thanks for the review, Tope. Grand Moff Tranner Imperial Department of Military Research (Comlink) 15:00, July 11, 2010 (UTC)
Reeeeeally minor thing
  • Just one: could you complete the succession box before-years and after-years? If the dates are known, they should be there. Great job otherwise. CC7567 (talk) 00:57, July 12, 2010 (UTC)
    • Done. Thanks for reading through it, CC. Grand Moff Tranner Imperial Department of Military Research (Comlink) 15:38, July 12, 2010 (UTC)

  • "Dowmeia signed the accords in his own ink" Err...just out of curiosity, any idea what this means? Specifically, can Quarren produce ink, and thus him signing it in his ink is like signing it in blood? Chack Jadson (Talk) 20:05, July 9, 2010 (UTC)
    • The source doesn't elaborate on it, unfortunately, but my guess would be that Quarren can produce ink. Either that, or Dowmeia just used his own pen. :p Grand Moff Tranner Imperial Department of Military Research (Comlink) 14:50, July 10, 2010 (UTC)
