- Nomination comments: Following this CT regarding the new GA maximum word limit, "Talisman of the Raven" has become too long to be a GA and should be upgraded to FA. I'm ready to make any improvement the community wishes, but at least all existing sources are there.

That woman is not really mentioned. Talzin, however, says at one point that all Talismans are left under the custodianship of a Shaman. When she later describes the Talismans of Transformation, she drops a comment about one of the sisters who never returned the Talisman of the Raven.
