Prepare to be savaged...
  • Is there any reason to specify that the weapon can freeze sentient beings as opposed to just biological ones? I'm not sure why it would be different if the victim were a Mon Calamari or a tauntaun. ~ SavageBob 16:17, November 12, 2010 (UTC)
    • Well, I included "sentient beings" for two reasons. First, I included it because I thought it was a nice, dramatic way of stressing the power of the weapon. Second, the only beings the Frost successfully freezes are sentient ones - I have no doubt that the weapon could freeze any living creature, but I'm stubborn when it comes to adhering solely to what the sources say. • I think it wouldn't be out of line to extrapolate here that sentience has no bearing on the effects of a freeze ray, but do as you wish. And feel free to change back the one place where I changed to biological as opposed to sentient in the lead. ~ SavageBob 22:54, November 14, 2010 (UTC)
Toprawa
  • Unless I've missed it, no article provided for the final Omega Frost battle?
    • Couldn't find a preexisting one, so I created a redlink, which I may or may not get to later.
      • The link should also be added into the intro mention, which would require filling it in. Toprawa and Ralltiir 20:34, December 10, 2010 (UTC)
  • I'm kind of bothered by this statement. It has the connotation that Star Wars canon has deliberately neglected to include the weapon in other material, which is rather POVish. I would suggest just removing this: "aside from these publications, the Omega Frost has been largely ignored since the release of Thunder in the Stars."
    • Removed.
    • Remember to be careful of overusing semi-colons.
    • Also, as a note, I've un-abbreviated the majority of "Dr." references in the article, with the rationale that we don't typically universally abbreviate any other personal title. Feel free to discuss this with me. Toprawa and Ralltiir 20:36, December 9, 2010 (UTC)
      • That's fine with me. Thanks for the review, Tope. Grand Moff Tranner Imperial Department of Military Research (Comlink) 20:32, December 10, 2010 (UTC)
