Fleebog

16:18, October 20, 2012 (UTC) - Nomination comments: One of my first GAs, before I realized the only real distinction between GA and FA was length. I plan to upgrade the images with the new Omnibus: Droids and Ewoks whenever I get a new scanner. ~Savage

I have almost no recollection of reading this article when it was on the GAN, yet I apparently did. (I guess three and a half years is a long time. :P) CC7567 (talk) 21:16, February 7, 2013 (UTC)- Cade Calrayn

I changed their height to one inch, based on this CT. You may like to adjust the footnote accordingly. Can you also adjust the footnote on dating? I recall that BTM may mention the comics, although I may have gotten this wrong. --Eyrezer (talk) 16:37, November 2, 2012 (UTC)- Interesting CT. I've removed the explanatory footnote based on that. Unfortunately, though, only the TV series is mentioned in BTM, not the comics. It's obvious they occur at or close to the same date though, based on both in-story and real-world clues. ~Savage

Heya
It doesn't seem like any of the individual fleebogs have their own unidentified articles. I think the one(s) with quotes attributed to them should get them, which would also necessitate an infobox mention and the creation of a Category:Fleebogs.Menkooroo (talk) 15:11, January 7, 2013 (UTC)- I considered doing just that. The problem is that there is absolutely no distinguishing feature for any one Fleebog, so it's impossible to tell whether the one who says something to Kneesaa on p. 4 is the same as the one who springs the trap on the Ra-Lugg on p. 10, if that makes sense. We start with what seems to be a group of four Fleebogs, who are the ones who kidnap Kneesaa. But by the time we return to Wicket and Teebo's rescue attempt, there's no telling whether those four are still on the scene. In other words, to make an article for each Fleebog who has a speaking line or who carries out a unique action would be to create some twenty articles that are all more than likely talking about the same few guys. So I figured it would be speculative to do so and misleading to readers. Should I maybe do an article for each of the four guys who kidnaps Kneesaa and leave it at that? ~Savage

- If they can be linked somewhere in the article, yeah, go for it. If not, it's all good. Menkooroo (talk) 12:56, January 9, 2013 (UTC)
- I slotted in links for them, but I'm unsure whether to do four almost identical articles or do one article for the whole group. Would it be OK to do something like Unidentified Fleebog emissaries, or Unidentified Fleebog delegation? I'm not sure if we allow such articles. ~Savage

- Nah, precedent has called for those kinds of articles to be split a buncha times. To be honest, I'd be OK with just the one who says something to Kneesaa on page 4 to get an article, as his line makes him more notable than the other three. And maybe a nod in the notable members of the infobox, too (and the new category). Menkooroo (talk) 13:17, January 9, 2013 (UTC)
