- The deleted scene assumed to be canon I have no real problem with, but what about the other scenes I mentioned below? Granted, this whole article can only be FA length if the scene is canon. Hanzo Hasashi 19:43, January 13, 2012 (UTC)

- With the whole Blu-ray deleted scenes being canon thing, they are generally all raw, and unedited (eg the quad gunner scene having "no sound or editing, and the other scenes feature lines being called out to actors to say?" And even "there's going to be fried calamari tonight" and "this is the last time I fly Lucas Airlines" are canon? Granted, the Jerjerrod scene was actually faithful to the novel, but still. Hanzo Hasashi 19:38, January 13, 2012 (UTC)
- Reading the entirety of Chee's comment is key: "...or if the reasoning behind deleting the scene keeps it from being continuity." If something is just purely an outtake blooper, I think we can make a judgment call on that. Toprawa and Ralltiir 20:04, January 13, 2012 (UTC)
- Although obviously his fate cannot be assumed, would the superlaser crew as described in the novel have had a realistic chance of actually evacuating? It cannot be speculated in the article itself, just curiosity, not entirely familiar with that part of the novel. Hanzo Hasashi 22:47, January 16, 2012 (UTC)
- I had discussed this with Tranner before. The novel actually gives an idea of what Jerjerrod's command crew does, but it's really too general to apply to any one person with any specific description. To paraphrase, it basically says everyone was either dead, evacuated, or running around like crazy people. Toprawa and Ralltiir 23:41, January 16, 2012 (UTC)
