Hark! EC Meeting 3 is scheduled for Saturday, October 12 at 7 PM ET. Note this is a departure from the original agreed upon meeting time from Meeting 2. We agreed to have Meeting 3 on October 5, but I forgot to schedule it all week, so there you go. Please also note that EC members are now required to participate in meetings, so if you cannot attend, you can still participate in absentia by leaving notes in the appropriate section below. This is going to be a very review-intensive meeting. The first two meetings were dominated primarily by discussion topics, but we're going to start getting into the nitty gritty of dealing with problem CAs. The Agenda (dun, dun, duuuuun!)
Probed articles from Meeting 2
If these articles' issues are not resolved by meeting time, they will be stripped of CA status.
New articles for review
The EC will discuss whether to place the following articles on probation. Please do not add additional articles to this list at this time (We don't want to be here for 4 hours). This list will be populated shortly. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 19:24, October 4, 2013 (UTC)

- Menkooroo mentioned some issues with the article: "I just found this article while doing some research on the Remnant. I didn't realize it was a recent CAN until after I had picked it apart, so sorry for failing to catch this while it was on the CAN page this week. Anyway: There's some info from Specter that could be said about this guy based on him being a Moff, namely that he governs one of the Remnant's eight Outer Rim sectors and that he commands a sector fleet. The article also doesn't mention where the meeting with Pellaeon takes place (Bastion), and it could use a P&T based on the info from the leading quote (his agreement with the Emperor about diversity being bad). A note at the end that Pellaeon's peace talks eventually came to fruition wouldn't be amiss either. Some expansion and sectioning could and should bring this article over 250 words."--Exiled Jedi

- Added in information, did originally have a P&T, but removed it per Cade's IRC objections, and article fell below 200 words so intro isn't required. Supreme Emperor (talk) 04:20, October 8, 2013 (UTC)
- It's at 216 now. There's also missing info on where specifically on Bastion the meeting took place (I think it's Disra's palace) and some context on Bastion (it's the Imperial capital) would be nice too. Go the whole nine yards! GAN it! Menkooroo (talk) 04:44, October 8, 2013 (UTC)
- Must have missed some words in my count :P I'll probably finish expanding it tomorrow, if I have time. Thanks for the review :P Supreme Emperor (talk) 04:49, October 8, 2013 (UTC)
- Note I do plan on nomming this, but won't have time to do so before the meeting. I'll try to get it up during the long weekend. Supreme Emperor (talk) 04:14, October 12, 2013 (UTC)

- B'omarr-style pickle (Author stated that B'omarr monks were related to the pickle and they are not mentioned in the body.)
- Boontaspiced mustard (Is there enough information to mention Boontaspice in the body?)
- Freedom (painting) (The picture is not described in the article.)
- Galactic Solutions Industries (Multiple redlinks and a lot of unreviewed information)
- Geniserian sand monkey (Redlink)
- Morodin homeworld (Cavalier One thought that this article has issues last December.)
- Nam'ta (This article failed on the GAN.)
- Plasmajack (Requires an update for The Old Republic)
- Revwien coleslaw (The author mentioned that the reference to Revwiens was intentional; can this be included in the body?)
- Revwien lettuce (The author mentioned that the reference to Revwiens was intentional; can this be included in the body?)
- Slotern (Not sure how it can get a name and only be indirectly mentioned, infobox exclusive information, Menkooroo thought the affiliation was questionable as well.)
- Star Forge Robe (Some information in the body seems too much like game mechanics)
- Tailring bacon (The author mentioned that WEG references were intentional, but tailrings are not mentioned in the body.)
- Taunt (Requires an update for The Old Republic)
- The Godsheart (The Atlas companion mentions a Godsheart system)
- Unidentified chop shop (More can be said about the shop from the picture)
- Unidentified Mos Eisley woman (Looks like the special edition, no picture only sources?)
- Unidentified Rebel soldier (brown hair) (No picture only sources?)
- Yan-than (The paperback of The Cestus Deception has "Yanthan", and the article needs an infobox)

Absentee notes
- Just in case you get bored during the meeting a couple of days ago I started a SH thread Cleaning up sections on the CA page, which is just about reorganizing the CA page a bit which has so far has had no other comments. That's all. Commander Code-8 You lost the game! 08:29, October 5, 2013 (UTC)
- I had assumed everyone was familiar with this absentee notes participation system from the way the Inq and the AC do it, but maybe I was wrong. When we speak of leaving notes, this is what we're talking about. People who won't be able to make the meeting should nonetheless take the effort to go through the list of articles to be reviewed and leave their feedback on each one as well as any discussion items. In other words, not being able to be physically present at a meeting is not a reason to not participate. Ideally, every meeting should have 100% member participation in one form or another. Of course, it's always a good idea to wait to leave notes as close to meeting time as possible, since your votes are likely to become obsolete as articles are updated, etc. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 18:08, October 5, 2013 (UTC)
Bob's notes
- Probed articles: remove all if they are not fixed (which they don't seem to be). Note, I expanded DX-300 traffic package per the CAN note, but this introduced some red links. Y'all should decide if they're warranted or reason enough to demote the article.
- Andray: leave as is, unless Supreme Emperor is going to GAN it.
- Probe: Nam'ta, Plasmajack, Freedom (painting), Slotern, Star Forge Robe (but only on the "wisdom and willpower" bit), Taunt, the Godsheart, Unidentified chop shop, Unidentified Mos Eisley woman, Unidentified Rebel soldier (brown hair), Yan-than
- Leave alone: the foods -- it would be too speculative to indicate there's an in-universe association, but the BTS associations mentioned are fine. ~Savage
