- It's not about which came first, but rather which is the primary topic, i.e. the topic which most people entering the title in the search box are looking for. That's the page that should be hosted at the undisambiguated title. In this case, both planets appear to be equally obscure, so there is no primary topic (a reader entering "Unidentified rainy planet" into the search box could be looking for either one).
