I'm not sure why we need to mention all the sources in which she appeared in the BTS.- Clarified why that's there.
I think you should mention the novelization of ANH before everything else since that is her first appearance.LucaRoR

- Is A New Hope: The Life of Luke Skywalker also an adaptation, or is it similar to the Death Star novel or The Rise and Fall of Darth Vader in being independent novels that also include the events of ANH? If so, then perhaps by default the details there should be taken as the canon version of events? I know that as is, you've already considered it such, but still asking.
