• In terms of capitalization, I see the quote has "Rootleaf Stew" while the stew's article is reflecting the dish as "rootleaf stew", and then in this article, the link is as "Rootleaf stew". Depending on the context, perhaps it could be made consistent in some way as either "Rootleaf Stew" or "rootleaf stew", rather than the in-between?
