Of the body's four sentences, there are three sentences here that describe the Lake Country itself-only one of which offhandily mentions the Collective. Is all of this really neccesarry context?Fan26 (Talk) 14:20, 27 March 2021 (UTC)- I believe so. As established in the first sentence, the Collective managed the Lake Country meadows. Therefore, I think context regarding what the meadows were, who (or in this case, what plants and animals) lived on them, and the events of the land are all relevant to this article. - Context is always neccessary, yes, but most of this information ends up being more relevant to the Lake Country than the Pastoral Collective. I would say a much more brief summary is all that is required. Think-when articles contexualize the Clone Wars, for example, they merely identify the Republic and Separatists as the principle combatants without going into the CIS' reasons for seccession or the Sith plot behind the war or Sidious' goals. - I don't think the Clone Wars is a fair comparison, since the context here is relevant to the uses of the Lake Country meadows, and I think management-related info is relevant to the Collective. I did, however, cut down on some of the context, so now the article only talks about 1) the seasonal events/changes and 2) the shaak grazing on the meadows. - I'm going to have to dispute this a bit further-there's a lot here that's only tangentially related to the Pastoral Collevtive by way of being infromation about the meadow the Collective ran. Information related to how they manage the Lake Country meadows is relevant to this article, but most, if not all, of the second and third sentences consists of describing stuff that happens at the meadows that can only be related back to the Pastoral Collective by way of association with the meadows themselves. I'm nitpicking here, but some of the langage in the second sentence-"peaceful flocks", "idyllic meadows"-is unenclopedic in tone. Does Complete Locations use such language or is this your own decription based on availbe information?Fan26 (Talk) 14:05, 28 March 2021 (UTC)
