- Okay, that makes sense. However, one potential issue here is that the card is part of the Cloud City Limited set, which is themed around Cloud City. Can you check if all the cards in the set are related to Cloud City? If so, then I'd say it's alright to assume the image is of Bespin. If not, then fair enough.
