• Nomination comments: Hmm. All existing cluster SAs use the system template, so have done so here. But, it does contain the Urce sector so placing that in |sector= felt wrong because it implies the cluster is within the sector, when really the cluster contains the system, so left it in subsectors. But idk; can be copy-edited out if just doesn't work.
