Imperial Grand Moff[2] Wilhuff Tarkin owned an apartment high on the residential level of the Prime Senate Spire on[1] the planet[3] Coruscant. The apartment was small but luxurious and sat two kilometers higher than most of the Galactic City.[1]

In 29 BBY,[4] Tarkin hosted a meeting with[1] Sienar Fleet Systems' Chief Executive Officer[5] Raith Sienar and assassin Ke Daiv in his apartment.[1] In 1 BBY,[6] the Grand Moff and his wife Thalassa were present in the apartment when he informed her of his new assignment aboard the Death Star[2] battle station.[7]

Behind the scenes

The apartment first appeared in Rogue Planet, a 2005 novel by Greg Bear.[1] It was first pictured on the trading card "Grand Moff Tarkin," published as part of the trading card subset "One Year Earlier" from the 2013 Topps Star Wars Illustrated: A New Hope series[2] on November 6, 2013.[8]
