Vyndal Station was a station within the Chorlian sector in the Outer Rim Territories[2] that shared its name with the world of Vyndal.[3]. After Commission for the Preservation of the New Order agent Paramiah Shrove confiscated a spacer's strongbox that contained document scraps, miscellaneous accreditations, and the book that would become known as the Smuggler's Guide, the box was scanned by a DD-13 medical assistant droid at Vyndal Station.[2]
The scan came back negative for foreign contaminants, which was marked on the box's intake form. Ultimately, the box was marked down to be returned to its owner by Chief Imperial Inspector Hedge Devlin, who was focused on confiscating spice rather than objectionable literature.[2]
Behind the scenes
Vyndal Station was first mentioned on a supplemental item included in the deluxe edition of the 2018 reference book Star Wars: Smuggler's Guide, which was written by Daniel Wallace.[2]
