Vetna Mooncrest's homeworld

The title of this article is conjectural. Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A terrestrial world was the homeworld of the Force-sensitive human Vetna Mooncrest. According to Mooncrest, it was said on^[1] her^[2] world that peace did not exist without war.^[1] At some point by the time between 40 BBY and 34 BBY,^[3] Mooncrest had been taken from her homeworld to be trained as a Jedi in the Jedi Order, eventually becoming a Jedi Knight.^[1]

At some point between those two years,^[3] Mooncrest and several other members of the Order took part in a defense of the Outer Rim world Syrinx Prime, which had been invaded by its neighboring world Vekura. After Jedi Master Mace Windu joked with^[1] Grand Master^[4] Yoda about how^[1] he^[4] thought peace talks between the two worlds were progressing, Mooncrest noted what was said on her world about peace not existing without war. In response,^[1] Jedi Master^[4] Ki-Adi-Mundi characterized it as a "dark" perspective for viewing the galaxy.^[1]

Behind the scenes

Vetna Mooncrest's homeworld was mentioned in the first issue of the 2025 comic series Star Wars: Jedi Knights. The issue was written by Marc Guggenheim and published by Marvel Comics^[1] on March 5, 2025.^[5]
