Vercupti of sgazza boleruueé was a food dish on the menu at the Jedi Temple Main House. The dish's "unidentifiable" nature drove Obi-Wan Kenobi to visit Dex's Diner and rekindle his friendship with Dexter Jettster, who served home-cooked food that was considered less bizarre than typical Coruscant offerings.[1]

Behind the scenes

Vercupti of sgazza boleruueé was first canonically mentioned in the 2018 reference book Star Wars: The Complete Visual Dictionary, New Edition, written by Pablo Hidalgo and David Reynolds.[1] In the Star Wars Legends continuity, vercupti of sgazza boleruueé was first mentioned in the 2002 reference book Star Wars: Attack of the Clones: The Visual Dictionary,[2] and appeared in the video game Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided.[3]
