The Vanjervalis system was located in the Slice portion of the Colonies.[1] It shared its name with the computer conglomerate Vanjervalis Systems[2] as well as the starship manufacturer Rendili/Vanjervalis Drive Yards, the latter of which was based at[3] the Core Worlds planet[1] Corellia.[3]

Behind the scenes

The Vanjervalis system was first mentioned in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, authored by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, which placed it in grid square N-11.[1]
