Vand was a member of the Rokana Raiders who was killed aboard the Cutlass by Hondo Ohnaka[1] in 3 ABY[2] while making a supply run for the raiders. His jacket was later used by Ohnaka's companion Kay Vess as part of her Rokana Raider disguise.[1]

While disguise at the raider's tavern in the Khepi Tomb Vess talked to a Trandoshan raider who recognized the jacket. When asked about it, Vess claimed to have found it lying in the landing bay. The raider believed her and admitted that they won't miss Vand who they called a "sack of dianoga dung" but they did always like his jacket.[1]

Behind the scenes

Vand was mentioned in the "A Pirate's Fortune" expansion for the Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws, which released on May 15, 2025.[3]
