Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The planet Vallt had a government that was ruled from the Keep. During the Clone Wars the government was run by King Chai, until a coup lead by Marshal Phara took over the planet. Phara's faction was loyal to the Confederacy of Independent Systems, and so the planet joined the Separatists. Phara's rule ended when the Galactic Republic returned to the planet.[1]
