Hi ZEM, sure we can be friends if you like. I'm sorry I didn't reply to your last message, it completely escaped my mind. I'm, afraid, as I'm already on Wookieepedia, Birds Wiki, and Wikipedia, I don't really have time to contribute to another wiki. But I wish you luck and may, hopefully, drop in every now and again - Kingpin13Cantina Battle Ground 10:55, 23 December 2008 (UTC)

- It's Episode V. It was filmed better than A New Hope, it didn't have Ewoks, it wasn't so oriented at special effects as the Prequels and it had that "I am your father !" moment. I also like Episode I, because Qui-Gon is there and IMO he is the example of a true Jedi (Hence why I chose my username). I like all other films though, but not as much as those two. And what about you? QuiGonJinnBe mindful of the Living Force...

Re:Fate of the Jedi
I'm not going to read it in the near future. I haven't read anything post-Thrawn Trilogy yet, and since I prefer reading Star Wars books in chronological order, I'm going to read all that NJO, Dark Nest, etc. stuff first. And even before that, I want to finish all prequel-era books(I'm currently reading Rogue Planet). As for the date of Russian release, well...I don't know. In fact, it is possible that it won't be released at all. There aren't many SW books published in my country. For example, out of the whole New Jedi Order series, only three books had been published. Luckily, there is a big community of fans, who translate the majority of books into Russian (And to be honest, they usually do it better than publishing houses). Re:Re:Re
- Nope, but once again, there is a studio that translates many popular TV shows, such as Lost, Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica, Stargate, etc. and recently they began translating The Clone Wars. QuiGonJinnBe mindful of the Living Force...

Hey!
I'm fine, thanks. Reading books, playing games, editing Wookieepedia. As usual. By the way, I liked Dark Rendezvous. It was pretty boring at first, but then became more and more interesting. Yoda is very funny in this book )) Radio dramas are good too. They have several unique moments, not seen or referred elsewhere. QuiGonJinnBe mindful of the Living Force...

Hi, I've just finished reading Outbound Flight, and it was great. Well, all Zahn's books are great. C'baoth gets annoying sometimes, but other than that, it is very interesting, well-written and tied to the rest of the EU. I started reading Death Star a couple of days ago. It's OK too. I'm currently into the Dark Forces Saga. I've read all books and re-played Dark Forces II. Right now I'm listening the audio dramas and working on Yun in hope of getting him to a FA status someday. ;) QuiGonJinnThere's always a bigger fish. 14:03, 18 March 2009 (UTC)

Userboxes
We're not allowing people to make new userboxes for general use: we used to have an official proposal system, but it was discontinued. Please use Wookieepedia:Userboxes for information on how to customize your userpage. Thanks, —Silly Dan (talk) 21:20, 23 March 2009 (UTC)

Re:Forum
Thanks for the invite)While I'm not a forum-goer, I may probably sign up. And my reading is in progress too. Having finished with the Dark Forces saga, I've started reading Galaxy of Fear and have recently finished the third book. Despite being aimed at the younger audience, it is still fine and rather interesting. As for Yun, I've finished his article and nominated him for a FA. BTW, you are welcome to review and voice your opinion on the nomination page. QuiGonJinnThere's always a bigger fish. 11:44, 29 March 2009 (UTC)

Re: Knowledge Bank rules
- I wasn't singling you out in any particular matter, but Knowledge Bank Rule 11 very clearly states "This forum does not exist to cater to your lack of ability or desire to read." My point with the deletion was that your question could probably have been very easily answered by going to Star Wars: Legacy of the Force and seeing if there was a comics adaptation there, or going to Timeline of media or Timeline of comics and looking for a comic series there. While there's nothing inherently wrong with your question, it's one that you could have easily obtained the answer to yourself without making a Knowledge Bank thread. Atarumaster88

Hey, I've accepted your offer of friendship. Funny vid about Qui-Gon). As for reading, I'm finishing Galaxy of Fear. I'm currently at book 11 of 12, although I don't read that much now. QuiGonJinnThere's always a bigger fish. 10:46, 3 May 2009 (UTC)

Well, it's kind of hard to judge, seeing as how I don't really know you, but I'd say you have an intermediate knowledge. Having said that, you'd know best of anyone, as you know yourself best. Your call, really. I wouldn't put too much stock in those userboxes though; they're overused and most people just put "advanced" anyway. Hope that helps. Chack Jadson (Talk) 00:23, 10 June 2009 (UTC)

Hey, you.
I asked Scott to contact someone who could resolve my big situation, and he told me to contact you about it. My account on Star Wars fanon has been blocked permanently because Brandon Rhea thinks im just trying to disrupt. Scott is an admin on Sonic wikia. I think his username is SLJCOAAAATR1. I just want you to go to Star Wars Fanon and give Brandon your word on it. Scott says I have the potential to be a good user. His user name is his actual name: Brandon Rhea
Rollback
Well, it will take a while. Go about editing, be active in the community, and revert vandalism. And if you do this for a long time (and I'm talking like a year) then perhaps you'll get nominated. Rollback is not something we give out lightly. Chack Jadson (Talk) 12:59, 21 June 2009 (UTC)
- Not a problem. Chack Jadson (Talk) 15:19, 21 June 2009 (UTC)
Re:Popular authors
Well, apart from Zahn, IMO it's Karen Traviss, Matthew Stover, Aaron Allston and Michael A. Stackpole. QuiGonJinn (Talk) 13:11, 21 June 2009 (UTC)
Re:Recent reads
Cool. Myself, I don't feel like reading. I mostly watch various films and series now. I've recently finished watching Babylon 5 for example. Have you ever watched it? If not, you should check this out, it's awesome, although a bit boring at the beginning. Nice blog BTW. QuiGonJinn (Talk) 15:37, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
- I've checked out the Primeval wiki. The premise sounds cool, I may give it a watch someday. QuiGonJinn

RE: Hey
Thank you for your congratulations and yes, you are correct, in Russia, Christmas is celebrated on the 7th of January, though it is not such a major holiday as the Catholic Christmas; New Year is generally regarded as the most important winter event. As for me, everything's fine. I have been quite busy with my studies lately and was not able to contribute much, but I have some free time now and hope to return to more regular editing. QuiGonJinn (Talk) 14:07, December 29, 2009 (UTC)
- I've finished Kul Teska and have updated Rianna Saren with the information from the PSP version in preparation for her FAN. Sadly, I cannot nominate them now due to the recently adapted three-FANs-per-nominator rule (I currently have four). In the near future, I'm going to work on Ord Enisence, Battle of Gall (Clone Wars), the battle from Keep the Faith that does not have an article yet and Ysanne Isard (clone). QuiGonJinn

Dates
Why are you undoing my date changes? Some people want to know the month and even the day that certain events happened. —Unsigned comment by Skywalker. (talk • contribs)
RE: Dates
All of these dates are reinforced in the the Dark Times issues (Parallels, especially) which obviously have Star Wars license. Furthermore, the characters that I edited were killed off during Order 66 and the date of that event is pretty much universally known, as it is confirmed in Karen Traviss' Order 66 novel. —Unsigned comment by Skywalker. No problem man. Hey, it's great to have people like you who care! —Unsigned comment by Skywalker. (talk • contribs)
Creating articles without sources
Hello,
I just wanted to let you know that the three articles you just created need to have legitimate sources/appearances added to them, or they will be deleted by the administration. Thanks.—Tommy9281
(Mechno-chair) 02:19, January 28, 2010 (UTC)
- Hey. No, I'm not saying at all that you are engaging in vandalism, and I apologize for the misconception. The way you formatted them is incorrect. You need to show them like this: ==Appearances== or ==Sources==, followed by whatever the source is. I'm not familiar with the material, otherwise I'd have just done it myself. See what you can work out, and if I can fix it, I will. From what I gather, these things have to do with the Clone Wars series. If so, you may want to contact our resident WP:TCW expert, CC7567. Hope this helps.—Tommy9281
(Mechno-chair) 02:30, January 28, 2010 (UTC) - You can learn a lot from both the Layout Guide and Manual of Style. While I am happy to help, those will probably be of much greater use to you. CC7567 (talk) 07:17, January 28, 2010 (UTC)
